Liss Komplex Smooth Treatment
Edelstein Liss Komplex Treatment Application Guide
"PERFECT SMOOTH"
Required Materials:
- Alkaline Shampoo pH 8.2 (500 ml)
- Smoothing Cream (400 ml)
- Restoring Mask pH 3.5 (500 ml)
- Adjustable hair straightener
- Hair dryer with temperature control
- Timer
- Flexion Brush (L)
Preparation:
- Evaluate the client's hair type and condition during the initial consultation phase.
- Wash hair with Alkaline Shampoo pH 8.2, applying the product evenly, massaging, and leaving it on for 5 minutes on normal hair or up to 10 minutes on thicker hair.
- Rinse and blow-dry with medium heat, facilitating natural fall drying and applying light traction at the root.
Application:
- Divide the hair into sections and apply Smoothing Cream to each strand maintaining a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Use Flexion (L) to distribute the product evenly.
- Observe the following application times, adapted to the hair type:

MEDIUM-THIN HAIR:
- 30 minutes for natural hair
- 25 minutes for colored hair
- 10/15 minutes for hair with highlights

THICK HAIR:
- 40 minutes for natural hair
- 30 minutes for colored hair
- 20 minutes for hair with highlights

MEDIUM-THIN HAIR:
- After the waiting time, dry with a hairdryer on medium heat and use the straightener at specific temperatures for each hair type:

MEDIUM-THIN HAIR:
- 230° C for natural hair
- 200° C for colored hair
- 180° C for hair with highlights

THICK HAIR:
- 230° C for natural hair
- 220° C for colored hair
- 180°/200° C for hair with highlights

MEDIUM-THIN HAIR:
- Proceed with 6-9 straightener passes per strand, ensuring to achieve the desired smooth effect.
Finishing:
- Apply Restoring Mask pH 3.5 to damp hair, leave for 5 minutes, then rinse.
- Dry and style as desired, promoting the use of Flexion (L) on damp hair before drying to increase hair resistance and shine.
Post-Treatment Advice:
- Recommend the use of Hydra-Discipline Shampoo and Mask to maintain hydration and discipline of the hair as well as to prolong the effects of the treatment.
- Emphasize the importance of Flexion (L) as a regular treatment to strengthen the hair and maintain the results of the smoothing treatment.

Required Materials:

- Restoring Mask pH 3.5 (500 ml)
- Hair dryer with temperature control
- Timer
- Flexion Brush (L)
Preparation:
- Evaluate the type and condition of the client's hair during the initial consultation phase to customize the treatment.
- Wash the hair with Alkaline Shampoo pH 8.2, massaging and leaving it on for 5 minutes, or 10 minutes for thick hair.
- Blot the hair to remove excess moisture before moving to the next step.
Application:
- Divide the hair into sections and apply Smoothing Cream to each strand maintaining a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Use Flexion (L) to distribute the product evenly.
- Observe the following exposure times under a heat source, adapted to the hair type:
