Orders and Payments

Welcome to cliCHair. In this information sheet, you will find detailed information about the available payment methods and the types of orders you can place with us. This document is intended for both clients and consultants to facilitate transactions and order management.


Payment Methods

P1: Electronic Payment

Includes the most common online payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards (Maestro)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shopify Payments
  • TWINT
  • PayPal: Linkable to Credit Cards and Bank Accounts.

P2: Prepaid Credit (Store Credit)

A prepaid account assigned to registered clients, usable for promotions, refunds, and recharges. The credit is credited within 24 hours and can also be used in conjunction with other payment methods of P1.

Recharge System:

  • For Clients Followed by a Consultant: The consultant shows the cliCHair TWINT QR code for recharges. The client scans the code with the TWINT app and enters the desired amount. It is important that all requested data (such as name, surname, email) match those used in the cliCHair client account.
  • For Clients Managed Directly by cliCHair: Clients send an email writing "Recharge" to prepay@clichair.com. An automatic responder replies with simple instructions for the recharge. It is important to ensure that all data requested at the time of sending the recharge credit (such as name, surname, email) match those used in the cliCHair client account.

P3: Payment by Bank Transfer

The client makes a bank transfer to complete the payment. The order is confirmed but remains pending until payment is received. Shipping occurs within 24/48 hours of receiving the payment.

Important Note:

  • If payment is not received within 7 days from the order date, the order will be canceled, and product availability will no longer be guaranteed. If payment is received after the order cancellation, the amount received will be credited as Store Credit and will not be refunded.

Order Types

O1: Online Order

The client orders directly on the website and pays with one of the P1 (Electronic Payment) or P2 methods. Shipping occurs within 24/48 hours for P1 and P2, and within 24/48 hours of receiving the payment for P3.


O2: Offline Preorder

The client requests products or services by contacting cliCHair or the consultant directly, then receives the official request via email which must be verified and confirmed. Alternatively, the client receives an order proposal from cliCHair or the consultant. This proposal can be based on previously purchased products, news, a promotion, market trends, and strategies developed by cliCHair for the client. The client has no obligation and can accept or decline the proposal. If accepted, they can choose one of the P1, P2, or P3 payment methods. Shipping occurs within 24/48 hours for P1 or P2, and within 5-7 working days for P3.


O3: Offline Order

The client clearly requests an order by contacting cliCHair or the consultant directly. cliCHair prepares the order and sends a notification to the client who chooses the payment method P1, P2, or P3 with respective delivery times.


Shipping

  • For P1 and P2 categories: shipping occurs within 24/48 hours.
  • For P3 category: shipping occurs within 24/48 hours of receiving the payment.
  • For O3 category: When the order is handled by a consultant, estimate 3 to 5 working days for order processing and 24/48 hours from receipt of payment.
