DEFINITION OF CUSTOMERS
Pursuant to these general sales conditions, the following is defined:
Customer, any Consumer, Professional or Reseller who has business relations with cliCHair;
- Consumer, any natural person who makes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed either to his business or to his independent professional activity;
- Professional, any natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of his independent professional or commercial activity.
- Retailer, any natural or legal person or association with legal capacity which acts in the exercise of its independent commercial activity.
- Consumers have the right of return within the first 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- Professionals and Retailers do not have the right to withdraw and, therefore, to be able to return the ordered products. They are granted the right to request to be able to return all or part of the products ordered, and to this end they must send appropriate communication, no later than 3 working days, to the email address ORDERS@CLICHAIR.COM indicating the number of order or invoice number.
- In the event of an unjustified refusal of the order, all shipping costs and any customs and unauthorized return processing costs are charged to the customer, whether he is a private or professional customer and any refunds will be taken into consideration only upon actual arrival. of the order at our logistics office and after checking the status of the products included in the order. Even in the case of free national and international shipments, the shipping costs will be calculated on the basis of the actual costs incurred.
cliCHair reserves the right to accept or reject the return request. In the event that the request is accepted, the successful outcome of the withdrawal and, therefore, the execution of any refunds, will be subject to the verification of the conditions of the products or the items object of the return which must correspond exactly to those sent without any alteration. The products must be intact in all their parts, unused and therefore in perfect condition.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
- In the case of refunds for reasons attributable to cliCHair, such as, non-compliant orders or damaged products, the shipping costs are borne by cliCHair
- In the case of refunds for reasons not attributable to cliCHair the shipping costs are charged to the customer.
RETURNS FOR NON-COMPLIANT, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Any return for non-compliant, damaged or incorrect orders must be requested by the customer within 4 days of receiving the products;
It is imperative that photographic evidence of the product and packaging of the complaint is provided in the product, highlighting the problem encountered.
cliCHair will proceed to the booking of the withdrawal of the order taking charge of all the expenses.
However, cliCHair can in any case request the immediate return of the damaged product in their original packaging.
